The budget comes out tomorrow (not the proper one… the knee jerk reaction /Â panic / tax the crap out of everything one). However the issue of college fees has been put on the back burner for a few weeks.
I wouldn’t call it a climate of fear, but it’s prolonging the enevitable agongy that will be inflicted upon many new students coming out the leaving cert straight in to a world of fees, loans, pressure and a focus on everything BUT education.
