Leaving Cert 2009 starts on wednesday, 3rd June. That’s D Day for all of you – English Paper 1.
Just 71 days, 1704 hours, 102,240 minutes or 6,134,400 seconds left. I think 6 million seconds probably sounds best to most of you 
Anyway, between now and then i’ll be posting regularly. Links, tips, resources… a bit of everything really.

I’ll also keep you up to date on college fees and all that stuff… you guys in particular are gonna be hit hard financially if you’re going to college (maybe not in september 2009, but definitely from 2010 onwards) so the least i can do is let you know exactly how hard you’re going to be hit, and when 
The good days of ‘free’ education are officially over (it was never free, it was just reasonably priced!) 
To get you guys warmed up for what’s coming, this september it’ll cost you €1500 just to ‘clock in’ to your college. Last year we had it easy at just €900
