Soo… ya!I havent blogged in ages for reasons i wont even bother getting into,seeing as its all scandal for everyone at the moment really!I didnt do a tap during the Christmas hols,and i missed 2 weeks of school due to flu and sinus infection working together simultaneously to pretty much ruin my life(or at least my leaving cert…no big deal or anything…)..Im really only getting into the whole revision thing now.Being a Med Hopeful,the HPAT really doesnt help on top of everything else,which im sure half you guys can relate to!(Theres ALOT of med hopefuls out there!)
Even though Im pretty much set on what i wanna do,Im still finding the CAO a daunting process.I havent even filled everything out.Heres what I have at the moment:
1. medicine-ucc
2. medicine-trinity
3. medicine-RCSI
4. medicine-ucd
5. medicine-galway
6. dentistry-ucc
7. dentistry-trinity
8. biomedical sciences-ucc/cit joint course
…the rest is still unwritten!
When I look at these choices,Im thinking Im mad and Ill never get medicine,its too difficult,but its really all i want to do,all ive EVER wanted to do so gotta stay positive really!Also,whether I have to repeat the leaving cert,repeat the HPAT,repeat both or apply as a mature student,I WILL end up studying medicine!Hopefully sooner rather than later,though…..
How is everyone finding study at the moment?And how did you all get on filling out the CAO?Let me know! 🙂

Well I also didn’t do a tap over Christmas 😛 the study is hard yeah but I’m getting into it slowly, my cao is medicine in Cork, Dublin, Galway, and my other options are biomedical science and sciences in UCC 🙂 got my HPAT admission ticket too during the week…
Sounds pretty much similar to mine so!Who knows,i might see ya there later this year,hopefully in medicine ucc 😛
Hope you got on okay in the HPAT,I had full intentions on making a blog on it,but the blogs crashed for a while and i guess its become old news now :/
